Shannon Vicente – Constitution Cycling

Shannon, the lead instructor and studio manager at Constitution Fitness has been passionate about her fitness journey for over 15 years.  Her fitness journey began with running, which led her to complete the NYC Marathon in 2013. Shannon’s love for indoor cycling inspired her to become certified by Mad Dogg Athletics and teach classes herself. With over 2000 classes taught, Shannon has a bright personality and an ability to connect with others, making everyone feel welcomed and important. When she’s not on the bike, Shannon enjoys spending time with family, watching her daughter play competitive soccer and vacationing at the beach. Nick Mongillo- Constitution Cycling/Interval & Core Training

Dr. Nick is a true indoor cycling enthusiast, with a passion for fitness and a dedication to helping others achieve their goals. As a local pediatrician, he understands the importance of physical activity for overall health and wellness, and brings that knowledge to his classes. With a state certification and years of coaching experience, he is a true expert in his field. He has also competed in 5k to marathon races, and has experience in sports psychology and motivational guided imagery. His classes are entertaining and choreographed packaging total body training and conditioning into every session.

Jessica Treschitta- Constitution Cycling

Jess has been cycling since 2009, instructing since 2016 and has a certification in power cycling. She loves riding, especially in the saddle. Her goal for her clients is to be the best they can be at each workout, to try something new each time, and most importantly, to have fun. When She’s not teaching, she spends most of her free time with her three little girls. As a high school business teacher, she understands the importance of setting goals and achieving them, and she brings that same mindset to her classes. With her positive attitude and infectious energy, she motivates her clients to push themselves to new heights and achieve their fitness goals.

Tammy Pjatak- Constitution Cycling

Tammy started indoor cycling as a novice client and worked her way up to becoming a certified cycling instructor. Her passion for personal improvement and achieving her own fitness goals inspired her to specialize in tabata style classes. With her determination and hard work, she projects the same energy to her participants in every class. When she’s not in the studio, she works in the field of veterinary medicine and enjoys regular outdoor activities such as running, hiking and biking, and gardening. Join her in class and let her guide you to an invigorating 30 minutes of training.
